By enrolling in a Tidegate Counselors course or event, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep mentoring honest and useful for everyone.

Courses and mentoring

Course access is for the enrolled learner. Session recordings are yours to keep; redistributing course materials is not permitted.

Refunds

Every course carries a 14-day money-back promise from the start date — no questions asked. Write to hello@tidegatecounselors.com.

Conduct

Mentoring works on mutual respect. We may reassign or end a mentorship if sessions are misused, with a pro-rata refund.
